Made arrangements for the move. Gave them all the info they needed (weight of freezer, how many boxes, etc.). There was an extra charge for the distance because it was past the Perimeter (reasonable). I was told there was no extra charge to move the freezer if it was 200 pounds or less. I could move it so it definitely was less than 200 pounds. Got charged extra because their paper said over 100 pounds. I honestly don’t think it was over that but can’t prove it. $29 x 2 for moving two items into the basement. Also was told verbally there would be no extra charge. There was no option to put boxes in their rooms, just put them in the kitchen. They took OVER 1.5 hours to get here (it’s a one hour drive) because Google told them highway 75 was closed. In the summer?? When you get to 75, it’s obvious it wasn’t but they followed Google’s directions. A phone call would have clarified this. So, extra charge for travel. It did take about a month and a half to unpack as i wasn’t in a hurry (retired). My friend who is a professional mover said they did a lousy job of packing items in the truck. You would think the info would have twigged that they needed a bigger truck. They ended up with no extra room. Had to pack my car as well. Found there were missing items so called to see if the movers forgot a box or two. On the phone, the man said it had been 90 days so he didn’t think so. I asked him to have the movers contact me but honestly didn’t feel he was actually writing down the contact information. The charge was way more than the estimate. WOULD NOT USE THEM AGAIN.

Booked Winnipeg Moving to relocate my elderly father from his 3-bedroom house in Winnipeg to an independent living facility in Toronto. The service was exceptional from the site visit for the estimate to the full-service packing to the move and unpacking. I would highly recommend Jeff and his team/partners who facilitated the entire process end to end. Great experience!

We moved on November 2nd , 2022. Garet, Scott and Brody were a great team! They came on time and were done in the expected time. They were very careful, and we are happy to say that they were very professional. Thank-you to the entire team that made our move stress free.

Nick and Dylan were super! They hustled and offered advice which saved us time and made the loading of the furniture a lot less stressful. Friendly and funny guys. 10/10 for sure! I would definitely use Brandon Moving again.

Excellent service from start to finish. Jeff’s quick response/help with quote and info. The team of Brady, Garrett and Simon were 100% excellent! Punctual Polite super hard working. Don’t know how they got all they got done in the amount of time….Would 100% recommend!!!

The movers we had booked weeks before had to cancel due to a Covid-19 issue the day before the big house move. Taylor was able to get us the super team of Garet, Eljay and Zane.
